Trying to Fit In

October 4, 2011

It was another typical autumn weekend in our house, soccer, college football and general merriment. We were joined for a long weekend by Carson, who flew in from Kentucky to meet Tucker. She tried to fit in.

She got to watch her brother play soccer.

And keep Morgan and Troy warm in between plays. The weather went from mid-80s on Friday to the low 60s with a wind chill by the next morning.

Carson has her learner’s permit. Here she is Driving Miss Debbie.

We attended the Old Dominion University game that night.

It was a black-out and the majority of fans were wearing black. I tried but with Virginia Tech playing at the same time, I had to incorporate in my orange and maroon.

Carson kept trying to get on Tucker's good side too.

We think she fits in just fine around here even though she's not king of the hill.

Goodbye Carson, see you soon.

If you put a beer in Troy's hand he would look more like you.

Tucker looks like he's loving her just fine. :)
