Candid Camera - Ghetto Pool Edition

On Saturday, while I was being mom/lifeguard for Troy in our ghetto pool on the back deck, I decided to take a few pictures of Troy trying different settings on my fancy point and shoot camera.
I spent the rest of the weekend editing the photos and reading more about photoshop actions and free downloads. I'm also trying to understand aperture priority and took Stacie's photo assignment to try that setting as well.

They're all great--esp the first and last I think. It's crazy how much he looks like you. Even the expressions--#4 is totally you. Very nice pics.
p.s. I hate to tell you, but savvy has 2 v's in it. :/

Yes, I know there are two "v's" in savvy but I started over a year ago with it misspelled so I just rolled with it. I figure it's the internet, I can bend the rules.

#1 is priceless, but I am biassed towards black and white photography.
Number 1 is my favourite! So nice! And I love number 7, too! Great shots!
oh! Very nice photos, my favorite is number 2, you really captured his expression and his eyes are so in focus and gorgeous!

Great pics! Thanks for sharing! I love the one with his serious face leaning on the edge of the pool. All of the pics are so crisp, especially the one with the water droplets in air. I hope to someday be able to capture shots like that.

I think it's so cool that so many people have different favorites. I love #7 and #3 the best. There's something about each of those that caught my eye.
